How Committee Emails Work
When an admin opens a project request for voting, an email is automatically sent to all active committee members listed above. The email includes the project details, requested amount, and a voting deadline. A second email is sent when the request is approved (manually or by majority vote). No email is sent on individual votes or rejections — only in-app notifications.
